Fetal distress, uterine height decrease, hard feelings
Dry, hot, oedematous vagina র গল্প বল

Membrane টা rupture রে
Cervix টা full dilated এ
ডাক্তারেরা আজ আছে,

General treatment যদি দেখি
NBM, অক্সিজেন
সাথে Hartman’s solution গুলো
ছুটছে IV তে
Acidosis correction
করবে Sodi-bi-carb
ব্যথা কমাতে Analgesic
VVF prevent এ Catheter
থাকবে ২১ দিন।
যদি FHR ভালো থাকে
Forceps delivery
Baby যদি না বেঁচে থাকে
Destructive OT
Early detection এ CS
ভাল কাজ দেয়
বাচ্চা বেঁচে থাকলে তবে
CS করা যায়।
বন্ধু চল, Complications এ
Exhaustion, dehydration
Metabolic acidosis
Genital sepsis
PPH, VVF, atresia, Sheehan’s syndrome
বাচ্চাদের Asphyxia, acidosis এর গল্প বল।
