নিশো: তুই বললি যে Dissection এর জন্য Deep fascia layer পেয়েছিস। আচ্ছা Deep fascia কি Body এর সব জায়গায় Present থাকে?
নিশি: না, Face আর Anterior abdominal wall এ Deep fascia absent থাকে।
নিশো: Anterior abdominal wall এ Deep fascia absent কেন থাকে?
নিশি: Deep fascia abesnt in the anterior abdominal wall because it is formed by collagenous fibrous membrane which is non-elastic and might prevent bulging of anterior abdominal wall.
নিশো: মুখস্থ তো ভালোই করেছিস দেখছি 😂
নিশি: ভাইয়া ভালো হবে না বলে দিচ্ছি 😠
নিশো: আচ্ছা, হয়েছে রাগ কমিয়ে বল দেখি Kidney এর Axes গুলো কি কি?
নিশি: Kidney এর আবার Axes আছে নাকি?
নিশো: অবশ্যই Kidney এর Axes দুইটা
⭕ Long axes that directed downwards and laterally.
⭕ Transverse axes that directed laterally and backwards.
নিশি: আচ্ছা ভাইয়া কি যেন একটা Line আছে না। ও হ্যাঁ Transpyloric line. এটার সাথে Kidney এর Relation কি
নিশো: এইটা ও জানিস না,
🖍️ Transpyloric line passes thorough the upper part of the hilum of right kidney and lower part of the left one.
এই Line এ কোন কোন structure situated বলতে পারবি?
নিশি: না, তুমি ই বলে দাও।

🔺 Quadratus lumborum
🔺 Tendon of transversus abdominis

🔺 Right kidney is related to the 12th ribs and left kidney related to 11th and 12th ribs.
নিশো: হুম। আচ্ছা Left kidney একটু উপরে কেন
নিশি: Because the presence of liver on right side
Concept clear আছে মোটামুটি।
নিশো: আমাকে বলতো Peritoneal covering অনুযায়ী Kidney এর Anterior surface এর Structure গুলোর Position?
নিশি: ভেবে নেই। হ্যা,
শুধু Hepatic area, jejunal area, splenic area is peritoneal area.
নিশো: চমৎকার।
Kidney এর Parts গুলো যেন কি কি বলেছিলি?

নিশো: এই Medial border এ একটা Important জিনিস আছে। বলতো কি সেটা ?
