ধ্যাৎ! পড়াশুনা করতে আজকে একদমই ইচ্ছে করছে না রিয়ার। তাই সে চিন্তা করলো আজকে বরং একটা পুরোনো বাংলা Movie দেখবে। সে Youtube এ search দিয়ে একটা Movie বের করলো, নাম হচ্ছে “পিতা, মাতা, সন্তান”।
Movie টাতে হয়েছে কি, খুব ছোট বেলায় মেলা থেকে জসিম-আর শাবানার ছেলে হারিয়ে যায়। ছেলে হারিয়ে শাবানা তো খাওয়া-দাওয়া বন্ধ করে অনেকটা পাগলপ্রায়।
অনেক বছর চলে যায় কিন্তু ছেলের খোঁজ আর পাওয়া যায় না।
আরেকদিকে বাবা-মা ছাড়া রাস্তায় দিন কাটাচ্ছিল ছেলে সাকিব খান, পরে এক রুটির দোকানে কাজ করে আস্তে আস্তে বড় হয়ে উঠে সে।
একসময় সাকিব আর অপুর মধ্যে ভালোবাসা শুরু হয়,তারা একে-অপরকে বিয়ে করতে চায় কিন্তু অপুর বাবা কোনো পিতা-মাতার পরিচয়হীন ছেলের সাথে ওর বিয়ে দিবে না বলে জানিয়ে দেয়।
অপুকে পেতে হলে সাকিবের বাবা-মা কে খুঁজে পেতে হবেই, সে সব জায়গায় খোঁজ করতে শুরু করে।
কোনোভাবে সাকিব তার বাবা মার পরিচয় জানতে পারে আর তাদের কাছে যায়।
শাবানা তাকে পেয়ে খুশি হয়ে যায়, কিন্তু জসিম এতো সহজে সাকিব কে বিশ্বাস করতে পারে না। অবশেষে Paternity test এর মাধ্যমে সে তার ছেলেকে ফিরে পায়।
এইভাবে জসিম-শাবানা-সাকিব সুখে-শান্তিতে বাকি জীবনটা কাটিয়ে দেয়।
Movie টা দেখে রিয়ার খুব ভালো লাগে,সে ভাবে যাক forensic বই থেকে Paternity and legitimacy টা একটু দেখে নিই।
সে পড়া শুরু করলো।
🔴 What is Paternity ?
Ans: Paternity means- establishment of parenthood by differential investigations.
🔴 What is Disputed paternity ?
Ans: It means single baby is claimed by two or more parents and the real father is contended.

3⃣ Hereditary diseases.

Ans: When a child resembles to it’s grand parents but does not it’s parents, is known as atavism.
বাহ! Easy তো অনেক। সন্ধ্যা হয়ে গেছে এক কাপ কফি খেয়ে Legitimacy টাও পড়ে নিই বলে কফি খেয়ে আবার পড়া শুরু করলো রিয়া।
🔴What is legitimacy?
Ans: Legitimacy is the legal state of a person born in lawful marriage.
🔴What is legitimate child?
Ans: A child who is born during the continuance of a valid marriage between his mother and any man or within 280 days after it’s dissolution by divorce, or death of the husband, and the mother remaining unmarried.
🔴What are the medicolegal importance of legitimacy?
Ans: Question of legitimacy arises in-
- Nullity of marriage.
- Divorce.
- Inheritance.
- Affiliation.
- Supposititious children.
- Paternity.
- Impotence.

🔴What is illegitimate or bastard child?
Ans: A child is considered as illegitimate or bastard when –
🔵 It is born out of lawful wedlock between it’s parents.
🔵It is born within wedlock but without the husband having the power of procreation.
🔵The husband did not have sexual access to his wife during the time that the child was procreated.
🔵 It is born not within a competent period after the dissolution of marriage between husband and wife.
🔵The blood groups of the child and the alleged father are not compatible.
যাক, Movie টা দেখাতে ভালো ই হয়েছে, পড়াটাও হয়ে গেল।
