Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome (American surgeons Zollinger and Ellison প্রথম এই disease টি কে describe করেন তাই নাম Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome)। এই Disease টি কেন হয়? যদি কারো Gastrinoma (gastrinoma মানে যে cell থেকে gastrin hormone উংপন্ন হয় সেই cell-এর Tumor) থাকে তাহলে তাদের এই Disease টি হয়। কেন হয়? কারণ, আমরা জানি…
